Job Title: Manager of Stores Systems

Description:

The Manager of Stores Systems oversees and takes ownership of work done by Store Systems Level 2 team members responsible for projects to enhance store technical systems and trouble tickets escalated by Store Support Help Desk for all technical equipment and software applications at the store.

  • Lead, guide, and mentor Store Systems Support Analysts and Specialists; ensure the appropriate tools for development are readily available.
  • Assess current processes and procedures for all verticals within the team and design innovative methods to enhance customer service practices and create a more efficient operational team.
  • Identify hardware/software trends leveraging ticket database metrics and create actionable plans to improve store performance.
  • Partner with the Store Support Help Desk Manager to continually improve ticket lifecycle processes between Level 1 and Level 2; Together review and update knowledgebase documentation for troubleshooting to reach goal of first call resolution.
  • Develop and maintain the Store Systems on-call support rotation; Ensure the workload is distributed evenly and appropriately.
  • Consistently review all support standard procedures, policies and SLAs with Director and internal business partners.
  • Plan for future changes in resources and technology systems based on quantitative and non-quantitative information.

 Experience and Skills

  • Ability to maintain a flexible on-call schedule as needed is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC, network, hardware, and software installation and configuration.
  • Excellent knowledge of Retail PoS Systems - hardware, software, database configuration, release management; Experience with Epicor Retail Suite is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly proficient in SQL scripting.
  • Project Management Light skillset preferred.
  • Knowledgeable with defining business critical metrics and providing data analysis through ticketing database system.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university; a degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a technical support supervisor or help desk manager role; Retail focused preferred.
  • Supervisory experience required.

The HRIS Manager manages the development, design, implementation and enhancement of HR applications and solutions supporting a variety of employee relations, benefits and compensation and learning and development programs.  They are responsible for HR system upgrades. Partner with members of the Americas region HR leadership team to define and manage HR system needs and requirements.

Requirements/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of information technology applications
